AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our established outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Palm Coast, Florida.

This opportunity offers a high degree of clinical autonomy with onsite physician support and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

About the Role

Provide outpatient Gastroenterology care, including:

  • Chronic disease management
  • Patient follow-up
  • Coordination of care related to GI procedures
  • Supporting timely access and continuity of care
