Join an Established Neurosurgery Practice in Coastal Florida
AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join an established, high-performing Neurosurgery practice serving East Volusia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-aligned APP seeking a collaborative neurosurgery role with dedicated physician support and the opportunity to grow within a respected health system.
Practice Highlights
- Clinical-focused neurosurgery position with some OR responsibilities
- Established neurosurgery practice with strong physician collaboration
- Dedicated office space and experienced support staff
- Approximately 13–15 patients per day
- Call 1–2 weekends per month
- Opportunity to join a growing neurosurgery program in an expanding community

Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- APRN or PA-C
- 3+ years of APP experience preferred
- Neurosurgery and stroke experience preferred
- Fellowship training in Neurosurgery is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mission-aligned clinician who enjoys working collaboratively in a clinical-focused neurosurgery practice
