Position Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth DeLand.
This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a predictable 7-on/7-off night schedule and the opportunity to practice within a collaborative Hospital Medicine program that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and high-quality inpatient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage for the Hospital Medicine service
- Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU with appropriate support
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
- Participate in clinical decision-making and acute patient management

Job Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Board Certified in applicable specialty
- Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eligible for Florida licensure
