About the Opportunity:
AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join our growing orthopedic program at AdventHealth Palm Coast.
This is a high-growth opportunity to build and scale a Hand and Wrist practice in a rapidly expanding coastal market, supported by a strong referral network and a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopedic team.
Practice Highlights:
- Focus on Hand and Wrist surgery within a system-wide orthopedic service line
- Opportunity to build and grow a high-volume Hand practice
- Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty network support
- Join a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across Volusia, Flagler, Lake, and Sumter counties
- Dedicated APP support for clinic, hospital, and surgical workflows
- Access to comprehensive rehab, physical therapy, and wellness centers
- Advanced imaging including on-site X-ray and ultrasound
- MAKO robotic technology available within the system
- EPIC EMR system utilized across the network

Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
- Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
- Eligible for an active Florida medical license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in building and growing a high-volume practice
