About the Opportunity:

AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join our growing orthopedic program at AdventHealth Palm Coast.

This is a high-growth opportunity to build and scale a Hand and Wrist practice in a rapidly expanding coastal market, supported by a strong referral network and a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopedic team.

Practice Highlights:

  • Focus on Hand and Wrist surgery within a system-wide orthopedic service line
  • Opportunity to build and grow a high-volume Hand practice
  • Established referral base with strong primary care and specialty network support
  • Join a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across Volusia, Flagler, Lake, and Sumter counties
  • Dedicated APP support for clinic, hospital, and surgical workflows

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
  • Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
  • Eligible for an active Florida medical license
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in building and growing a high-volume practice
