AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in upper extremity surgery to join our growing orthopedic program in Palm Coast, Florida, with shared clinic time at our new St. Augustine location.

About the Opportunity

As demand for orthopedic care continues to grow throughout Flagler and St. Johns counties, AdventHealth is expanding access to comprehensive upper extremity services across Northeast Florida. This position offers the opportunity to evaluate and treat a broad range of shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, hand and wrist pain, osteoarthritis, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement syndrome, joint inflammation, stiffness, and other musculoskeletal disorders.

The physician will maintain a shared clinic schedule between AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway and the new AdventHealth St. Augustine location, providing access to a rapidly growing patient population while practicing within a collaborative, multidisciplinary orthopedic program.

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
  • Expertise in upper extremity orthopedic surgery
  • Experience evaluating and treating shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions
  • Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
  • Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care

Practice Description

AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida offers a collaborative orthopedic practice serving patients across Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and the surrounding Northeast Florida region. The service line includes a broad range of orthopedic care, with each physician contributing within their area of clinical focus.

This particular role is centered on upper extremity surgery and care, with an emphasis on the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. The physician will evaluate and treat conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff pathology, shoulder impingement, fractures, osteoarthritis, joint pain, and other upper extremity disorders.

The practice is supported by a strong referral network, advanced imaging, rehabilitation services, dedicated APP support, and coordinated surgical resources, providing the infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality orthopedic care in a growing coastal market.
